Our new Journey-Blog in bad english, but in english

Welcome everybody

This blog with the curious name “Murru-Murru” is the official Diary of our stay in Australia and New Zealand. We hope that you can enjoy the brillant photographes and the very bad (espescially in the beginning) english. This blog isn’t only for you guys – no its also a gread opportunity for me (and perhaps Maggi) to improve my photograhic and language skills.

We are looking forward to the trip of our life. In a very short time we want to public an inventation for a little feast of say goodby.

visa for Australia

After three month of postpoining the apply, we did the stupid work and fill up the visa application. In less then two week, we have received the positive answer from the Australien gouverment. Yeah, we got the visa for 6 months!

farewell party

We invite you to the farewell party on the 29th August 2015 in the little village Laupersdorf. The party starts at 5pm in the second residence of the Sonnehuus. The exact adress is:

In case you want bring a present for our journey – or if you have something you could borrow us – you can find a short list of things we don’t already have and which could be useful for our trip.

Our wishlist:

  • big microfibre towel
  • word energy adapter (especially with the australien socket-outlet)
  • a very special swiss chocolate bar for our housemother in Brisbane (not Lindt, this brand is the most popular one in Australia)
  • Books about our travel destinations (golden beach, the Great Ocean Road, The south-eastern part of Australia, New Zealand), also special maps und registers for Campervans –> pleace consider that we have a weightlimit for our baggage  🙂 (but we both have an Amazon Kindle 😉 )

Please excuse the the tousands of mistakes, but that blog is one of Jonas’s action to get better in this foreign language.
